Keen Cargo, Inc. sends automated safety and hours-of-service text messages to its own drivers, such as warnings before a federal driving or duty-time limit, notices of logbook violations, and reminders to certify logs. These are operational messages, not marketing.
How you opt in: drivers opt in by signing the Keen Cargo SMS Alert Consent Form during onboarding and providing their mobile number. Consent is not a condition of employment or of a contract with Keen Cargo.
Message frequency: varies with driving activity, typically a few messages per week.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation message, and no more messages after that. To rejoin, sign a new consent form or reply START.

Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are supported on major US carriers.
