Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and mailing address, when you apply to drive with us, contact us, or do business with us.
- Driver records required to operate as a motor carrier, such as license details, hours-of-service logs and data from electronic logging devices (ELDs), including vehicle location while on duty.
- Information sent through forms on this website, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use information
- To recruit, onboard and manage drivers, and to dispatch and run our operations.
- To meet safety and regulatory requirements, including FMCSA hours-of-service rules.
- To send operational messages, including SMS safety alerts to drivers who have opted in.
- To respond to questions and keep our records accurate.
SMS messaging
Drivers who opt in receive automated safety and hours-of-service text messages from Keen Cargo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that send messages on our behalf, such as our SMS platform, which may only use the information to deliver our messages.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example ELD, messaging and payroll providers), with customers and brokers as needed to move freight, and with authorities when the law requires it.
How we protect and keep information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, including federal record-keeping rules for drivers.
Your choices
You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to access or correct your information by contacting us below.
